Job Description

Responsibilities:

As the BBA Program Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the Business Administration program.
  • Designing and delivering high-quality courses with an international perspective.
  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of the curriculum.
  • Mentoring and supporting faculty members within the program.
  • Fostering a collaborative and innovative learning environment.
  • Engaging in research and staying current with industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Business Administration or a related field
  • International degree, with a preference for candidates holding a UK MBA/BBA/Ph.D.
  • Extensive teaching experience at an international level
  • Substantial management experience in the field of business education
  • Expertise in business management and entrepreneurship
  • Proven track record of successful module teaching (minimum two modules)
