Job Description

•     In-depth knowledge about printer Architecture and manufacturer.

•     Configures, troubleshoots, repairs and perform preventive maintenance, hardware and software systems of printers

•   Repair printers to the component level

•   Provide outstanding customer service

•   Install printer hardware and software at customer location

•   Maintain tools, supplies and parts inventory and service support track report

•   Should be able to work in deadline and pressure

Job Specification
