Job Description
- Real time monitoring of system using NMS and idea of remote desktop connectivity.
- Installation and planning of RF, cabling operation.
- Familiar with setup and operation of cable and basic networking equipment (RJ45, Fiber splicing, Ethernet cabling).
- Maintain accurate and complete headend documentation.
- Responsible for maintaining the headend in a clean and orderly manner.
- Perform daily check of RF Levels.
- Perform all the job requirements of all technical field personnel.
- Manual testing of Set top box and QA.
- Daily reporting to its Team Leaders and Management as per given form.
Job Specification
- Must have +2 or Diploma in Computer/Electronics/Electrical.
- Knowledge of MS Office Package
- Ability to setup and operate head end equipment.
- Basic knowledge in SMS & Billing system, frequency spectrum and the CATV Digital Headend.
- Willing to travel and relocate all over Nepal
- Flexibility to work in shifts
