Worldlink is looking for a senior level executive to lead the sales efforts of our fast-growing broadband Internet business in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate must be target-driven and hands-on in managing and motivating our 35-member salesforce dispersed in 5 offices throughout Kathmandu.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• At least 7 years of sales experience, out of which at least 3 years in managing a large, dispersed salesforce, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong problem solving and execution skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English
• Experience in tracking and managing sales using CRM
• Proven history of meeting sales targets
