Direct planning and reporting to the Management.
Direct working relationship with Brand- Marketing and Communications staffs across the organization.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, MIS, Finance, Logistics, Audit Legal department.
Functional working relationship with all staffs of the organization.

External

Key areas:

Brand Guardian:

Develop Custom Brand management plans for each product and share updated summaries on brand exposure to management on a regular basis.
Creating strategic brand plan and ensuring all aspects of the product marketing and activities aligned with the ethos and goals of the brand.
Championing the brand internally, making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
New Product Planning and development alongside Product & MIS Department matching the trend and consumer needs.
Managing all aspects of the brand through the supply chain both tangible and intangible.
