Candidate's Profile: The Candidates should have :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business management/administration with at least 3 years and above of relevant work experience in Bank and Financial institutions. MBA and experience with A class Banks will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Open, outspoken and absolutely service minded personality
• Impressive verbal and written communication skills both in Nepali and English;
• Strong interpersonal and team skills with ability to develop effective relations within and outside of the organizations;
• Ability to work with flexibility on a range of assignments;
