Location: Inside /Outside Valley Branches;
Required Number: 115 (Upcoming Branches); This position of Branch Manager requires an ability to impeccably carry the Bank’s Brand and effectively act as Bank’s Brand Representative. The candidate are expected to possess excellent competitive, market, and product intelligence and be able to chalk out instrumental marketing plans, strategies and roadmaps and ensure their effective implementation and should have an ability to train, nurture and groom team members and motivate them for greater accomplishments. The candidate applying for Service Manager level is responsible for overseeing the bank’s administrative and operations activities and directing work flow between related units. The candidates are expected to be updated in applying up to date knowledge of banking policies, practices and procedures in operations area of the bank;
Eligibility Criteria: Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field; Should have at least 3 years of experience in related field; Age not below 18 and not exceeding 50 years
