Branch Manager — Looking for a candidate with 4 years experience in Officer and above level position in the ISP/NSP or Retail industry with a deep understanding of the Operations and Administration, Sales process, and Customer Service Management: The candidate is expected to:
I. Create Branch Sales Plan and Target in alignment with business objective
II. Achieve Sales Target of Branch as per KPI
III. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
IV. Plan and execute several sales and marketing activities for Brand awareness and achieve provided sales targets.
V. Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day sales efforts of the team.
VI. Stay aware of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
VII. Lead Sales team during Marketing Campaigns for Training and Monitoring of the team
I. Ensure Customer Complaints are addressed as per the ETR provided by the company
II. Monitor customer churn rate and decrease it to the prescribed standard
III. Execute Customer Retention plans for increasing Referrals
2. Operation and Administration
I. Monitor Branch’s Logistics and Stock and ensure Physical stock matches with Inventory details in System
II. Ensure condition of available Stock is in usable condition
III. Coordinate with Central store to fulfill required stock for daily Branch Operation and return damaged goods
Vehicle Management
I. Monitor the condition of the allocated vehicle and report if any repairing required
II. Track vehicle movement and control unnecessary movements of the allotted vehicle
III. Verify Fuel consumption of the vehicle and ensure fuel consumption does not tamper
Human Resource and Training
I. Fulfill Junior level staff by Interviewing, Recruiting, Onboarding and Training local candidates
II. Address grievances of employees issues promptly
III. Retain staff and reduce Turnover
IV. Monitor staff movement of Branch via System
Others
I. Share knowledge with Head office and other branches regrading best practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and need
II. Network with Locals to improve presence and reputation of branch and company
III. Comply with Local bodies with related regulation and laws
IV. Manage timely Deposit of funds collected in Branch
V. Execute other tasks assigned by Immediate Supervisor
· Target oriented candidate with proven experience of more than 4 years in Sales Operations
· Candidate with flexibility to work in any Branch office located by Company
· Enthusiastic person having minimum Bachelor’s degree
· Leader having minimum 1 year of experience in Managerial position
· Business maturity, discretion and good judgment are essential qualifications for the role, as are strong communication and collaborative skills as well as a proactive approach
· Highly motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
· Working as per company policies and maintaining proper discipline
· Candidate having own vehicle with valid license can apply
