Job Responsibilities:
The Biomedical Equipment Technician will be responsible to provide technical knowledge and direct support to ensure that all GWT medical equipment and devices are tested, repaired and maintained as required to operate safely and effectively. Equipment includes electronic equipment and various types of medical equipment. The BMET is not required to do all the maintenance and repair work directly, but will support Welfare Centres and Medical Operational Manager to ensure that appropriate arrangements are in place. She/he will do some of the work directly, and will be interacting with any contractors engaged for this work and assist operation manager in monitoring the quality of their work.

Remunerations:
The position falls in EG3-00 of our pay structure and will receive a basic monthly salary of NPR.58,571.All other benefits and facilities will be provided as per GWT(N) Regulations. The job is offered for 3 years initially and may be extended on the basis of need and performance.
