Job Description
Key Role and responsibilities
Participate in an assessment of CRS' Rural Access Initiative (RAI) program to assess their behavior change strategies, the use of adult learning methods and their sustainability strategies.
Make specific recommendations to CRS to improve the effectiveness of BCC activities, the sustainability of community lead health promotion groups and improve the SBCC/ health promotion skills of Community Change Agents (CCA's).
Qualifications:
Master's degree in public health
Minimum of eight years in direct project implementation of behavior change programs in rural communities in Nepal.
