Prepare Standards Letters:
1. Bank Letters
2. Insurance Letters
3. Government Letters

Maintaining stock declaration of insurance files of all the companies and performing regular reconciliation for excess premiums
Ensure time renewals of all Insurance Policies
Assist in handling all Insurance Claims from start to finish
Preparing excel file for all foreign currency positions and giving to concerned MD from time to time.
Travel outside of office for Bank / LC work
Any other development work as required
All other works given by Directors from time to time

Minimum Qualifications	At least Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Experience	At least 2 years of experience in L/C Related Transactions and Insurance Handling
Language Proficiency	Fluent in both Nepali and English
IT Skills	Sound knowledge of MS Office, Email and Internet
Other Requirements	Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure and to handle customers of any types Ability to handle phone calls
