Job Description

Bancassurance Unit- Officer Level
Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Candidate must have Masters Degree from recognized university
  • Candidate must have 2 years of experience in commercial Bank with exposure in related filed or 4 years of experience in Insurance (both Life/Nonlife) field.
    • Achieve Budgeted Insurance Sales number and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Team.
    • Coaching and performance monitoring of the Sales Team.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
    • Ensure high quality and high persistency of business generated to support long-term profitability of the Ban
