Key Responsibilities and Accountability:
Lead Sales and Margin for Architects, Designers etc.
Ownership of both Top Line and bottom Line growth % and maintaining high margins
Introducing new customers for constantly improving product assortment. Selling new products to existing customers.
Continuously keeping contacts with the customers
Coordinating with various internal teams to drive targets at organizational level
Lead the sales strategy and ensure SKUs / brands / categories are promoted
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the marketing team
Generate offers, Ensuring each brand and offer is promoted timely
Key Skills :
Excellent proficiency in English and Hindi (verbal & written).
Good at research and its documentation.
Creative thinking, strong storytelling skills
Should have strong leadership skills, should be result oriented, with a high drive to meet business objectives.
Should be proactive in developing a comprehensive understanding about the product, the people and the processes involved.
The candidate would be further trained in advance course for better orientation abroad after a specific period.
