Purpose:
To lead on programme monitoring, data collection, analysis and reporting and support programme manager in programme implementation when
required.
Requirements:
ï‚· Masters degree in Development Studies / Humanities/ Statistics
ï‚· At least 7 years experience in programme monitoring and evaluation,
ï‚· Minimum 5 years experience in UN / INGO supported multi-sector programme management
ï‚· Ability to communicate effectively, design monitoring tools, foster team work, lead, plan, innovate and solve problems, mentor and coach staff, work under pressure and manage by results.
ï‚· Computer literate and proficient is Nepali and English

Positions are either field based or involves extensive travel to villages / rural areas where living conditions are minimal.
