Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare production plan in coordination with the Factory Manager
  • Ensure production as per the production plan
  • Ensure that product meets the quality parameters during production
  • Prepare preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance plan in the bottling section for smooth operation
  • Ensure the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
  • Ensure quality of packaging materials before production
  • Prepare and maintain records of blend loss, raw material consumption and excise sticker usage Supervise bottling staff during production for producing quality products and achieving daily production target

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree in Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience
