Collaborate with the Tender Sales Manager to analyze and assess tender documents, specifications, and requirements.
Assist in the preparation of well-structured and competitive tender proposals. Ensure compliance with all technical, commercial, and legal aspects of the bids.
Conduct market research to identify potential tenders, opportunities, and market trends within the heavy equipment industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and clients involved in the tender process.
Support in the development of pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability, while meeting the company's financial goals.
Ensure that all tender submissions and proposals adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Job Specification
Previous experience in tender sales and business development, with a focus on heavy equipment sales.
Strong understanding of the tendering process and regulations specific to the heavy equipment division.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software is an advantage.
