The position requires for the applicant to be able to manage the operations of a 15-25 room budget hotel in Chitwan(Sauraha). The person in charge of the hotel will be expected to uphold the standards and procedures of the Hotel and maintain the integrity of the brand.
Primary responsibilities of a Person In-charge are:
Leading and supervising a team of around 5-10 personnel to meet targets and goals
Upholding the hotel's standards.
Ensuring smooth operation of all departments
Effectively resolving guest complains
Completing all required paperwork
Conducting local Marketing Activities
Being a local representative for the company
