Bottlers Nepal Limited and Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited are manufacturers & distributors of Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Kinley and other range of products of The Coca-Cola Company in Nepal.
Position: Assistant Manager, Procurement Roles & Responsibilities:
· To procure assigned items locally or import at the right quality, with competitive and /or set price and favorable conditions and ensure their deliveries at the right time.
· To provide procurement administrative supports i.e. purchase order, vendor compliance, quotation, supplier's agreement and procurement.
· Manage the purchasing of goods and services
· Manage accurate and valid Procurement agreements
· Identify reputable suppliers based on supply capacity, service and quality offering
· Request, consolidate and analyses supplier proposals for optimal cost, quality and value
· Accurately Process and Consolidate Purchase Documentation
· Ensure best fit for business need contracts are negotiated
· Solve Situational Problems
· Resolve Customer Complaints / Non Conformance
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
· Master's Degree with specialization in Finance / Logistics / Project Management
· Minimum 3-5 years' of experience
· Knowledge of commercial negotiations
· Excellent Negotiation & Communication Skill
· Ability to influence with interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of technical expertise relative to any particular commodities
· Proficient in MS Office Packages especially Excel, Word

The Marketing, Sales & Distribution strategy for Bottlers Nepal Limited is entitled “Refresh the Marketplace” and includes:
A robust Consumer Response System to address any consumer/customer concerns, ideas, suggestions – either on product and its quality or on stock supply – maintenance of equipment etc… All consumer concerns are dealt with in a fair, timely and friendly manner, so as to satisfy them and resolve their concerns.
Marketing and advertising communications are focused on POS (point-of-sale), Radio, TV, hoardings, truck backs, etc… Emphasis is also placed on Consumer Price to enforce Price Compliance.
