Effective management of specific workshop under supervision
Improves the quality of customer service and retention
Maintains effective control of expenses in line with the budget
Objectives and ensures safety of the Center petty cash
Visits existing customers, and canvasses for new customers (insurance companies, fleets etc)
Liaises with customers on vehiclesequipment; prepares service contracts and negotiates terms with customers
Negotiates with insurance surveyors concerning accident work
Coordinates with principals on technical problems and service issues
Directly responsible for concerned Branch P & L
Ensures the maintenance and calibration of equipment and special tools
Ensures the maintenance of premises
Ensures safety standards and promotes ways of working safely in the Service Centers with regular review of safety equipment
Ensures the handling of customer claims within defined periods
Prepares and submit Monthly Report on the Service Center activities to the General Manager
For written complaints received, or for confirmed repeat-jobs, raise the Customer Complaint Form as per the quality assurance procedure
