The position requires for the applicant to be able to manage the operations of a 35 room budget hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu. The person in charge of the hotel will be expected to uphold the standards and procedures of the Hotel and maintain the integrity of the brand.
Primary responsibilities of a Assistant Manager are:
Leading and supervising a team of around 15-20 personnel to meet targets and goals
Upholding the hotel's standards.
Ensuring smooth operation of the hotels
Effectively resolving guest complains
Completing all required paperwork
Conducting local marketing activities
Carrying out travel service assistance
Carrying out basic maintenance work
Being a local representative for the company
The job requires regular travelling to our chain Hotels located outside Kathmandu valley
