Position Specific Duties and Responsibilities;

Draft/prepare RFP/ RFQ documents, design drawings, business case and other official documents to execute work related to Electrical & Generator Infrastructure Solution.

Evaluate and review layouts, design drawings, BOQ/ BOM, bills and scope of work performed by the vendors/ sub-contractors.

Monitoring day to day operation & maintenance (Preventive & Corrective) of all electrical infrastructure & its components for radio sites, datacenters and administrative locations.

Analyze the scope and working principle of the equipment’s responsible for to ensure its smooth installation, configuration and operation.

Provide necessary support & assistance (if any) to others teams (FLM, Rollout etc.)

Monitor, control & analyze the vendor's work as per Ncell needs and requirement to meet the target of the team, also escalate relevant issues to respective functions and track progress.

Handle multiple tasks/ projects/ assignments at a time and regularly make follow ups with vendors/ service providers to ensure timely execution of projects/ assignments.

Plan & make necessary modification on the process documents, guidelines, checklist for quality control and formulate process to fulfill NEA protocol/ regulation for BTS site power system & electrical requirement.

Your qualification and experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Telecom Power system.
Your profile:
-
Must have knowledge on UPS System, DC Rectifier System & Solar Power system.
-
Should have sound knowledge in LV & MV switchgear (VCB, ACB and other), Transfer switches (AMF), Generator, UPS, Rectifier system, Industrial & Commercial Electrification.

Should be passionate about creating value through scientific methods and data analysis.

Should be proactive, diligent, team player, & have positive attitude.

Good analyzing and problem solving, negotiating & conflict resolution skills.
-
Should be capable of handling multiple task at a time.
-
Should have good knowledge of Auto CAD system.
-
Well versed in MS Office application & Nepali typing.
-
Knowledge & experience of Project Management preferred.
-
Knowledge on Electricity & Power System of Nepal would be an advantage.
Duty Station
Current requirement is in Kathmandu but it can be anywhere in Nepal as per business needs and future requirements.
