Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial records.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Support in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
Job Specification
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Required).
Proven experience in accounting or finance (Fresher’s may also apply if they have relevant internship or academic experience).
Strong knowledge of accounting software (ERP) and MS Office (Excel proficiency is a must).
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
Preferences:
Female candidates preferred, though all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience with VAT, TDS, and other taxation processes is an advantage
