Job Description
We are looking for an asst. Account and finance for our company.
The assistant will report to the head of account and finance and will be responsible for following:

Assisting with budgets

Completing bank reconciliations
-
Entering financial information into appropriate software
-
Managing company ledgers
-
Processing business expenses
-
Coordinating internal and external audits
-
Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
-
Verifying bank deposits
-
Managing day-to-day transactions
-
Recording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget
-
Reporting on debtors and creditors
-
Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
-
Reviewing computer reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source
Job Specification
-
Minimum Bachelors degree
-
Proficiency in Office applications
-
Strong book keeping skills
-
Knowledge of Income Tax and VAT
-
Understanding of accounting principles
-
Prior experience in related field desirable
