Job Description:
Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Achieve area sales operational objectives by contributing area sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
Achieve area sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
Preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances.
Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota; in support of national objectives.
Maintain and expand customer base by counseling area sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes
Implement trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
Job Specifications:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field if MBA, Minimum 5 years experience if BBA .
Must have good knowledge of computer.
Must have good commanding Skill.
Should be smart & dynamic.
Must have a valid driving license of 2 wheeler.
