Job Description
Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead his given area direct sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.
Responsible for managing all operation wthin his given area and taking responsibility for profit,revenue and quality targets
Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
