Job Description

Experience Required: Must have minimum of 2 years of work experience in Sales & Marketing. Experience in construction, manufacturing or similar industry shall be an advantage.

Other Specification: Should be flexible with work timing, and must have own vehicle & driving license.

  • Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time.
  • Confident in meeting (or exceeding) business target consistently.
  • Exceptional time-management skills and track record for meeting or exceeding deadlines.
  • Presentation Speaking – Ability to speak in front of small or large groups. Is able to convey product, AAC Block, and information with confidence and persuasion or influence.
  • Resilience – Maintain a positive attitude in the face of disappointment or rejection

Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities):

  • Set up meetings with potential clients including builders, contractors, and distributors to generate sales and sales lead.
  • Enhance relationships with distributors, and coordinating with them.
  • Perform daily sales visits and establish potential sales; negotiating packages for sales.
  • Submit daily review of progress reports on sales with financial data.
  • Plan targets on the basis of sales trend and inquiry generation.
  • Organize sales visit plan as per enquiries received, pending enquiries, and major prospects.
  • Frequent visiting and following up at the new site with ongoing mass construction.
  • Search for sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Make daily sales call and visit prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our product, AAC Block.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate sales deals with, and handle complaints from customers.
  • Track activities of competitors frequently.

Salary Negotiable: (No bar for highly deserving candidate). Addition to salary, communication allowance, medical insurance, accidental insurance, leave facility, fuel & repair/maintenance allowance, etc. will also be provided as per Company's policy.

Organization Summary

AAC blocks were inceptioned when Kathmandu was devastated by the earthquake of 2015. During this dark hour, one of the BOD of the soon-to-be AAC Itta Udhyog Pvt. Ltd. felt the need for revolutionizing the housing industry. After a long and extensive planning, research and development process, we came up with the AAC block, a technology that was already making a huge impact in neighbouring China and India. Infact, India started using AAC blocks after the Gujarat earthquake of 2001 as well. And this is how AAC Itta Udhyog Pvt. Ltd. came into being! -
