Job Location : Kathmandu
Industry : FMCG / Cleaning Products
Requirements :
a) Minimum 6 + years of experience in Sales for FMCG or any relevant industry
b) Good Knowledge of local area
c) Graduate & above
Job Profile :
a) Manage Channel sales with dealers, distributor & retailer network.
b) Perform regular sales duties in the region.
c) Maintain MIS - Excel reporting for Sales stock
d) Aggressive in local sales.
e) Provide contribution with new sales area & manage current business.
f) Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
g) Servicing the needs of your existing customers
h) Allocating areas to sales representatives
i) Developing sales strategies and setting targets
j) Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
k) Compiling and analysing sales figures
l) Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
m) Collecting customer feedback and market research
n) Reporting to senior managers
o) Keeping up to date with products and competitors
