Job Title: Area Manager

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:

Monitor, review and report on all sales activity and results.

Communicate effectively with the subordinate, immediate supervisor and other department manager.

Identify and solve problems in the sales department in a professional manner.

Guiding the direct sales team in the execution of their sales plans in the respective area to achieve desired numbers and market share.

Develop effective and productive channel construct to meet targeted numbers and revenue.

Ensure flow of knowledge, skills and training to the sales team to ensure output as targets.

Build and develop team. Enhance team motivation and productivity levels.

Provide regular assessments devise and implement strategies to upgrade sales competence and develop coach, mentor the sales members.

Preference will be given to the candidates with successful track record in delivering exceptional results in the FMCG companies.
