Job Description

Follow-up for the overdue clients.
Work as per the action plan directed by the supervisor.
Settlement of client’s bank deposit vouchers and unclaimed deposits
Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
Coordination with field executives for vehicle repossess.
Handle dealer’s concerns and grievances and solve the issue in time.
Coordination for loan close process.
Provide daily reports to the supervisor regarding his/her daily works.

Job Specification

1.   BBA/BBS/MBA/MBS having at least 2+ years of working experience in the capacity of Area Coordinator
2.   In-depth knowledge of recovery department
3.   Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
4.   Highly creative, innovative, out of the box thinker.
