Job Description

Looking after an interior design of the hotel
Measurements of the area and suggestions for the international design
work as per the international standard of the hotel
suggest for the improvement
To make the revised Architectural drawing for the existing building as the current drawing is not complete.
Validate all beam, pillar, and structural locations with all sizes and mark them on the plan.
Create the Architectural and Structural drawings with specs for the proposed new construction inside and outside the building.
Validate the interplay of all the MEP plans, bathrooms, and corridors
Design the external areas including the Building facade as external balconies and piping are being run on the outside.
Design the external fire escape staircases and elevator for connecting the Ground floor and another connection floor.
Design the layout and ID for the Rooftop.
