Bachelors in architecture from a reputable university.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
Job Description and Skills:
Draw municipal drawings as per all the bylaws.
Design 3D models and animations.
Design interior and exterior designs.
Should have good knowledge of vastu.
Knowledge in construction works and measurement is required.
Should have knowledge of blueprints.
Very good communication skills.
Have good vendor relationship for interior works.
Experience in at least one multistory building project is must.
Software Fluency in Auto Cad, Sketch Up, V-Ray, Lumion, REVIT
