Job Description

Position: Anti-trafficking Coordinator

No. of requirement: 1

Duty Station: Kathmandu Office

  • Ensure all project activities are conducted in accordance with agreed work plan and proposal
  • Build the capacity of project staff through on-job training, mentoring and coaching
  • Collaborate and network with SPN Project Managers, with stakeholders such as Willow International, churches, different government offices and NGOs
  • Submit monthly and quarterly reports to SP Nepal country office, local government and donor, including activity summary, progress against objectives, achievements to date, issues faced, impact stories and financial expenditure
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Development Studies or other related fields
  • At least 4 years of working experience in a similar role for an Intl NGO (strongly preferred)
  • The position requires experience of working with vulnerable/exploited people and an in-depth knowledge of human trafficking
  • Direct experience managing partnerships
