Position: Administrative Officer (Pokhara Province)
Location: Zero Kilometer, Pokhara
Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in related field.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner. Personal hygiene must be well attended to, attire should remain professional, and overall grooming should be neat and orderly at all times
- Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for Coordinators, Managers and Senior-Level officers and operate day to day office functions.
- Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.
- Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts.
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed. Manage office supplies, stationeries, housekeeping stock and place orders and dispatch everything accordingly.
- Organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces. Attend and arranging meetings and record notes and messages for Coordinators, Managers and Senior-Level officers meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
- Keep up to date record and Manage of product stock management, delivery management, sales management and coordinate with concerned Sale Counters and maintain date base of concern Sale Counters.
- Circulate Notice, Information's and do follow up calls to concern Sales Counters, Distributors and Customers.
