Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Management of office equipment and place orders when necessary

Keeping the company’s filing system in order.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
-
Maintain contact lists
-
Submit and reconcile expense reports
-
Typing, drafting, formatting and printing relevant documents
-
Maintaining budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
-
Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings

Assisting in planning and arranging events

Field work
Job Specification
-
Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or relevant area
-
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
-
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
-
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
-
Intermediate pass (Bachelor degree preferable)
