Job Description
Cardno Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. (Cardno) is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for an anticipated five year donor-funded Program in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Cardno is an industry leader in providing Fiscal/Procurement Agent services for multiple international donors. We currently have Fiscal Agent/Procurement Agent projects in over 13 countries in Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe.
The Administrative Assistant will provide secretarial support to the Fiscal Agent Team. The Assistant will carry out day-to-day administration activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the project office and maintain petty cash.
Minimum Qualifications:
Citizenship –
Must have Nepali citizenship
Experience –
3 to 5 years of experience in office and administration support activities
Basic knowledge of banking and cash management activities
Experience with donor-funded projects preferred
Strong communication skills
Previous basic accounting experience is an advantage
Education –
Bachelor’s degree
Computer Skills –
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Language –
Good in English – reading, writing, and speaking
