Role in Organization (Summary/Objective of the Position)
Â
CAMRIS seeks a qualified Administration and Finance Manager (AFM- Nepali Citizen) for the current USAID/Nepal’s Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Project. The AFM will work closely with the Chief of Party (COP) to lead local procurement actions, direct administrative and logistical support for project activities, manage human resources and supervise the preparation of monthly financial records, all for the approval of the COP. The AFM will play a critical role in translating technical requirements, scopes and administrative needs into procurements that are compliant with USAID rules and regulations, the project contract and CAMRIS procurement policy; will also closely work with the COP while coordinating regularly with headquarters (HQ) contracts, procurement and finance personnel.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be required to travel to USAID/Nepal meetings in a high altitude environment.

Travel: Travel within Kathmandu and throughout Nepal may be required. Regional or international travel is not anticipated, but may be required as relevant. Â
