ADMINISTRATION & HR MANAGER (Kathmandu)
TheAdministration and HR Manager will provide overall management of the office administration and human resources (HR) of the project. This position will supervise all staff activities related to human resources, administration, and facilities management including but not limited to recruitment and on-boarding of staff, ensure compliance with local labor law, training of staff, managing relationships with landlord and other office vendors, and overseeing proper maintenance of inventory. Candidates must have Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent with 5-8 years of demonstrated experience in office administration and HR or related role and relevant experience working on USAID contract in a related role is highly preferable.
