Position: Admin Support staff
Location: One each for Dolakha, Nuwakot and Dhading (based at local Reconstruction technology center, LRTC)
Duration of Employment:
ï‚· One year fixed term contract (extendable)
Education:
ï‚· Bachelors in Business Studies
Prior work Experience:
ï‚· One year in similar position
Language:
ï‚· Fluent English and Nepali in speaking, reading and writing are required.
Skills and abilities:
ï‚· Familiar with various computer software packages, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
ï‚· Excellent documentation and managerial skill.
Detail Term of Reference:
ï‚· Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage as required for the function of LRTC
ï‚· Coordinating between team and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
ï‚· Managing files and documents
ï‚· Performing multilayered general office support
ï‚· Financial management and procurement
ï‚· Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers
ï‚· Perform other duties as assigned

National Society for Earthquake Technology-Nepal (NSET), with funding support from United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is implementing a 5-year “Baliyo Ghar” program to contribute to safer reconstruction in Nepal.
The objective of the program is to ensure disaster- resilient construction of houses through awareness, training, demonstration and support on code compliance. The program aims to expand the technical knowledge and expertise gathered during the program implementation for achieving the broader goal of disaster resilient housing construction in Nepal.
