Working in legal registration and local level branches of office from government offices like company registration,company house rent payable,tax clearness and company renewable.
Look up day to day administration running of the official work.
Stock maintain stationery and provide reports when they are needed.
Handling petty cash for office expenses.
Skill in Local Procurement and Negotiation, maintain relationship with suppliers.
Facilitate office event/programs, meeting, seminar and workshop
Coordinate new office location and logistics arrangement.
Preparing various agreements related with office house rent and others.
Have knowledge in Store/Inventory management and reporting
Other Admin related task as per requirement
Have 2 wheeler vehicle with valid driving license
