for the position of Administrative Officer.

Working as a Administrative Officer (Full-time, Regular) in JICA Nepal Office (Major Duties)
1. Arrangement of office vehicles
2. Management of drivers' schedule
3. Travel arrangement for staffs and mission members
4. Management and procurement of office equipment and office facilities
5. Secretary support to the Chief and Senior Representatives 3. Others as directed by the Chief Representative
(Qualification)
1. Age 27-40 years old with good health condition
2. Academic background : Minimum Bachelor degree
3. Minimum working experience of 3 years in accounting and administrations
4. Be fluent in written and spoken English and Nepalese (Japanese language skill will be an additional advantage.)
5. Basic-level competency of computer (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, E-mail, etc.)
(Payment & Benefits)
Payment and other benefits will be as per JICA Nepal Office Regulation
(Terms of Contract)
The Contract will be up to 31st March 2017. (Start from as soon as possible.)
Contract may be renewed based upon his/her performance on one year contract basis. In the first contract, three month probation period is applied.
