To contribute to the smooth functioning of the accounting and admin operations for the National Disaster Recovery Coordination Secretariat (NDRCS) project within VSO Nepal |
• Support NDRCS project team administrative and logistics matters and provide secretarial support where needed • Maintenance of all payment documents and receipts according to the VSO policies and guidelines against the project budget and timely submission to the Finance Department • Ensure all project documentation is made according to VSO policies, local law and contractual agreement with donor/s. • Support in basic translation work between written Nepali and English to support International Volunteers within the project |
