HCI is setting up 'Social Innovation and Business Incubation (SIBI) Hub' in Nepalgunj with the objective of: a) promoting Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship among youth and marginalized ethnic groups in Banke, Bardiya, Pyuthan, Surkhet, Kailali, Pang, b) designing, incubating, supporting and sustaining responsible business models to economically and socially empower these groups. MCI is looking for dedicated team members for the following positions based in Nepalgunj:

Admin and Finance Officer —SIBI, Hub Nepalgunj

Qualification Required:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other closely related field, at least 2 years' experience in handling finance and administration (or managing administrative systems) in an organization preferred; Proactive and a strong team player
• Proficient in using Accounting software - Tally and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel

Job Description:

• Manage day to day financial and administrative activities, ensure compliance of financial policy, procedures; maintain proper documentation of financial transactions, handle petty cash, procurement, inventory, process payrolls and bank related works, settle expenses and bills
• Responsible for overall book-keeping and accounting and maintaining monthly and end-of the year accounts and prepare accurate financial reports on a regular basis
• Provide logistic support for the events happening at SIBI Hub
