Administrative Assistant – Hariyo Ban Program (based in Pokhara – SHORT TERM POSITION)
Key responsibilities:
The incumbent will assist in the Finance & Administrative duties and provide logistic support to maintain adequate facility for Hariyo Ban Program and its projects to upkeep utilities and maintenance. S/he will ensure inventory and stock items are timely dispatched to the project sites with close coordination with Procurement, Vehicle, Inventory and the IT unit of CARE Nepal Central Office. The incumbent will also liaise with relevant Government authorities for the smooth functioning of the project.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Intermediate with preferably 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position with a proven ability to handle national and international correspondence.
