Managing the reception area by responding to telephone and emails
Planning and procure necessary office supplies and stationery
Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment including photocopy, printer and inverter and arrange for necessary repairs
Manage the accounts of the company and ensure proper reconciliation
Prepare journal entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Preparing Bills for customers and clients for service provided
Maintain proper filing systems of all accounts
Manage and ensure timely disbursement of staff salary and taxes as applicable
Job Specification
Bachelors degree in related field.
Experience in the related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in MS-Office package and use of office equipments.
Ability to speak English and Nepali clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
Smart and pleasing personality
