Prepare and manage daily journal voucher, payment voucher, receipt voucher for accounting and make an entry in IMS software
Maintain books of Accounts.
Ledger Confirmation of Parties.
Reconciliation of General Ledger.
Handling of Petty Cash
Conduct and execute bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, debit card reconciliation, online payment reconciliation
Conduct and execute reconciliation of sales and collection
Conduct party reconciliation and coordinate with the vendor for the payment
Preparation of purchase register and sales register
Preparation of monthly VAT return and filing of VAT return
File monthly TDS return
Conduct physical verification of Closing Stock
Job Specification
Knowledge of Accounting Software IMS is preferred
Knowledge of VAT and monthly VAT return filing
Knowledge of TDS
Knowledge of Ms. Word and Ms. Excel
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
Two Wheeler Licence Holder
