To finalize complete monthly Trial Balance

To ensure all required provisions are made.

Calculation of item wise contribution in case of Yamaha Music.

To prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/C and compare budget verses actual expenses and provide comment of variances, if any.

To prepare Compiled Monthly Budget of Yamaha Music and assure availability of Fund

Timely Handling Payroll Process of Yamaha Music and address payment related issues of employees

To prepare Fund Projection of Yamaha Music

To handle Purchase process of Yamaha Music
-
To co-ordinate every steps in Purchase of Musical Goods from opening Letter of Credit, coordinating with forwarder for Docs release and custom clearance of given consignment to Delivery at Go down.

Prepare costing for finalizing MRP of product.

To coordinate with Banks
-
Prepare details for timely submission of Year-End Balance Sheet of MAW Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. as per check list.
Job Specification
· Excellent knowledge of Bank and banking related works
· Minimum of Bachelors degree in management from reputed university
· Proficient knowledge of MS Office specifically MS Word, Excel and Power Point
· Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English
Good knowledge of Accounting Software
· Influencing (cross departmental skill), negotiation abilities
· Able to deliver detailed instruction to the relevant teams
· Minimum of 3 years experience as a full time accountant
