Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy individual to handle aspects of data entry, filing, general office tasks, who is keen on numbers. Must be flexible to support all areas of accounting. Must be analytical, accurate and detailed oriented and able to multi-task various duties.
Job Specification
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Answer and direct phone calls
Assist managers with financial statement preparation
Enter invoices/bills into the system
Keep track of monthly expenses and income
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel
