Job Description

  • Making entries of cash and bank transactions
  • Making entries of sales and purchase of goods as well as making entries in purchase and sales register
  • Reconciling bank accounts on a monthly basis
  • Checking new vendor and customer PAN/VAT registration and address details.
  • Preparing and reporting of party ledgers
  • Analyzing and reporting of customer and vendor aging
  • Making entries of cash, bank,purchase, Tax related transactions
  • Any additional work given by seniors as and when required

Job Specification

  • Making entries of sales and purchase of goods as well as making entries in purchase and sales register

  • Getting the customer and vendor reconciliation
  • Preparing and reporting of party ledgers
  • Analyzing and reporting of customer and vendor aging
  • Comparing of sales, production, inventory, etc. to targets
  • Any additional work given by seniors as and when required
  • Making entries of purchase, cash and bank, TDS, VAT, LC related transactions
  • Any additional work given by seniors as and when required
