Process financial transactions related to office and expenditures, and maintain an effective filing system for financial transactions and documents;
Review request for payment to ensure data is reconciled with the financial management system;
Carry out, maintain, monitor, and record all financial services related to payments, fund transfers, including accounts prepaid, payable, receivable, payrolls, accrual properly following policies and procedures;
Maintain all payment vouchers, accounting logbooks, and supporting documents;
Prepare weekly and monthly financial and analysis reports;
Monitor spending to ensure activities are in accordance with the approved budget;
Maintain an updated inventory of all equipment and conduct physical inventory checks;
Support in assessing the financial health of potential and current grantees:
Job Specification
Bachelors Degree in management or a CA graduate (Candidates studying CA can also apply)
Must have 1-2 years of experience in a related field
Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally
