Maintain books of account such as journal, general ledger, daybook, account receivable, account payable
Handle and manage petty cash.
Recording invoices (VAT, TAX & TDS)
Bank reconciliation statement etc. for accounting records.
Disbursement of salary and wages for employees, calculation and deposit of TDS.
Take charge of office bills and expenses.
Ensure timely closing of accounts and assist the auditors during audit and F/Y closing.
Manage and monitor daily office operation, and administrative tasks.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related subject.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting and finance along with general administration.
Experience in Tally ERP and computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
Knowledge of VAT, TAX, TDS, etc.
Excellent Nepali and English Typing skill
2 wheeler license would be a benefit
